LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, May 26, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- K3 Holdings, a privately held real estate investment firm with extensive holdings throughout the United States and Alpine LA Properties, a leasing company providing newly remodeled apartments at affordable prices are pausing to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country this Memorial Day. As part of the recognition, K3 Holdings and Alpine LA Properties are reaffirming their commitment to a cause that continues to demand urgent attention: the fight to end veteran homelessness and expand access to affordable housing.

This Memorial Day, the companies are calling on public and private sector leaders to redouble efforts to support veterans, through remembrance, and through action.

“Honoring those who gave their lives must also mean standing with those who returned,” said K3 Holdings Principal Nathan Kadisha. “Too many veterans are struggling to find stable, affordable housing. That is unacceptable. We owe them more than gratitude, and we owe them opportunity and security.”

Kadisha recently spoke at the Bisnow Los Angeles Affordable Housing Conference, where he joined other real estate leaders, nonprofit executives, and public officials for an urgent conversation on the region’s housing crisis. He emphasized the need for long-term thinking and cross-sector collaboration, especially when it comes to serving vulnerable populations such as veterans.

“We believe in the fundamentals of affordable housing,” Michael Kadisha, a K3 Principal added. “At K3 Holdings and Alpine LA Properties, our work goes beyond investments, we are focused on creating places where people, including our nation’s heroes, can thrive.”

The Memorial Day message from K3 Holdings echoes themes from the Bisnow event, where Nathan Kadisha advocated for stronger public-private partnerships and community-first development models. He noted that preserving existing affordable housing stock is just as critical as building new units.

“Affordable housing is essential infrastructure,” Nathan Kadisha said. “Veterans deserve to come home to a place that respects their service and supports their future.”

Both K3 Holdings and Alpine LA Properties have a long-standing commitment to uplifting underserved communities through responsible development and people-centered design. Their projects prioritize dignity, inclusion, and long-term impact.
