The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Brahim Hisseine Taha, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Chad. The Secretary-General and the Minister discussed the situation in Chad, as well as regional issues, including the situation in the Sahel.
The Secretary-General welcomed the efforts of the Republic of Chad to fight Boko Haram.
